Things to do While in Quarantine…

Are you enjoying the extra time at home or do you feel like you are running out of things to do? While I am finding plenty of things to do around the house, I have been looking into other activities to do in the evenings. I compiled a list of some of the things Chase and I have been up to.

  1. Plan a Family Trip: While no one wants to be traveling right now, Chase and I are very excited for the trips we have planned later this summer. We will be visiting North and South Carolina and we have had fun thinking through various things we want to do.

2. Spring Clean your House or Closets: This is something that I have been needing to do for a very long time. I have so many thing in my closet that I often have a hard time finding what I need. When spring cleaning my closets and other areas in the house I have space for new items. This blouse is a new piece I picked for Spring and I couldn’t be more excited to wear it out on future date nights.

3. Cook/Experiment in the Kitchen: Chase and I both live very busy lives and we usually don’t have the opportunity to cook meals together in the kitchen during the week. With having more time at home we have been making dinner together and it has been such a fun experience. We are learning new things together and having fun along the way. We tried this salmon recipe the other evening and it was a hit! It might just become a new staple in our house.

4. Show yourself some self-love: With everything going on, it is very easy for stress levels to get high. Take a moment to breathe and take care of your body. Practice deep breathing, stretch, or meditate. I have been using YouTube to find many different workout/meditation videos and I am loving incorporating these into my daily routine.

I hope that you and your family are staying safe and well during this time. I’ve found myself also spending more time online shopping. This blouse is a recent purchase and is so cute for spring! Shop at 👉🏼http://shein.top/gn7052y. Use code “SEH130” for 15% off from shein! If you have anyone that works in the health field close to you, please thank them. They are the true heroes right now! We will all get through this.

XO,

Ri
