Hi Friends! I hope you are staying safe and well. If you’re like me, quarantine put a little bit of a hiccup in my workout routine. I know that working out is a major stress reliever for me and going without my morning workouts was a HUGE mistake. I found myself getting stressed more easily and this caused a spiral reaction in many other things.
I have set a goal to stick to my workouts. I know how much better I feel after finishing for the day, and it not only helps me physically but mentally as well. Although our gym has slowly started to re-open, I am still hesitant to go. I have discovered so many incredible workouts on YouTube and I must say that I am almost always sweatier after completing an at home workout vs. going to the gym.
