Lately, I have been thinking quite a bit about self-doubt. Let’s get real: This I something that EVERYONE experiences.
If you’re like me, I think about 100000 million things a day. When I get stuck on something that weighs me down, IT STAYS. No matter how I try to shake it, it lingers. These thoughts can be so debilitating when trying to go throughout your day. SO, how do I overcome these thoughts that come my way?
I’ve found that overcoming these thoughts and feelings is not easy, but in the process of overcoming them I GROW stronger and my mind is refreshed and set clear for the goals I want to achieve. Here are a few simple things that I do to help overcome thoughts of self-doubt:
